the $50 was for both new or upgrade price but like bradart said, 5/16 it went up to $80 for both but probably will drop again soon with the impending launch of the Evo

I can't imagine the price not dropping after the Evo is launched, well then again this is Sprint we talking about here. I wonder what everyone is going to do with there Hero when they get the Evo next month....

new contract prices and full upgrade elgibility are the same thing...

theres no $150 thing really anymore..
when your eligible for a Full Upgrade, you get New Customer pricing.. if thats more than 150 off then you still get it

depends on where you're shopping. at radioshack with sprint in particular more often than not the upgrade prices slightly higher than the new activation prices

I just upgraded my wife to the Moment and we did not get the new activation price. New customers were $99 and upgrades were $149. She was eligible for the $150 upgrade
