Looking for an app

I managed to eff up my phone (trying to install one of the clocks in the customization thread) and had to hard reset...there was an app I was using to make custom folders for other apps and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was. I do know that I found the recommendation for it on this site but can't find the thread...I've been digging for an hour. So, maybe someone can help me? Pretty sure it started with an "A" as it was top of my list...

When you reloaded, the first time you went into the Market, you should have had your download history and it would be in there.

I saw that when I first started redownloading apps, so I didn't pay any attention. I thought my history would still be there as I downloaded them. To my dismay, after loading a few they were gone...not cool!
