the htc hero have a app for like wifi spot something similar like wifi router for windows mobile .and any app for like microsoft office thanks guys have a good day

Judging from how new you are, I'm guessing you aren't rooted. It's similar to flashing roms on WinMo, so just do some light reading and flash a custom ROM while rooting and you can run the Wireless Tether app
(My sig has a pretty plainless method)
