need help with roaming

Hi i have a htc hero fully flashed to cricket everything works great I love the android software but here is my problem i have a plan that includes digital roaming and it is not working on my hero....does anyone know how to fix this...i know for the diamond it was a prl code but that was also windows mobile so i am assuming this will be different...any help would be great and appriecated
