So i'm confused. There is NO skype app that allows voip? Only the one ripped from verizon that... calls out to a local number? wtf is that?

I'm trying fring too. No success, sits on the "subscribing" page when I try to add skype.
Is that normal?

I think you mean to say AT all, right? Skype lite dial out over wifi also....

No like I try to skype to another skype (as in a free call) and it calls out as a phone call, not as a data connection.
