Re: Sprint Hero flashed to MetroPCS..??
I helped my bro inlaw flash his TP to metro and as easy as it should have been it wasn't. On the website they say they can flash most phones including that one so first we took it into metro and they said they could do it but then finding someone who actually knows how to flash a more advanved phone is next to impossible. So we experimented with a lot of different ways and actually had the voicemail working but without having someone from metro putting the esn in their system the phone just wouldn't have the full functions of calls and all that. So I guess the hardest thing is finding a store that has the experience and the brains to flash the phone to begin with. I haven't really heard too much about flashing a Hero over to metro yet till now
Hope this helps |

Re: Sprint Hero flashed to MetroPCS..??
Depends if Metro-PCS even offers the Hero...if not there isn't a ROM DUMP from an original phone so a cook couldn't make it for Sprint.
I'm assuming this involves: Firmware Baseband Modem files It's probably WAY more complicated than that but when I had previous winmo phones this is the way it worked.
