My advice to you is re-download the RUU, and make sure you are using the NEW RUU tool. Did you flash the recovery image or make a nandroid backup? As a rule, to circumvent these incidences, only use the RUU from now on if it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Re-download it and let me know.
