FIFO (first in first out) has been enstated to prevent this from happening. stores really need to make sure people kno how to check for updates...prl, data profile, firmware or otherwise. if ur phone starts actn crazy or laggy probably a good time to check to see if an update is available.

Really, if your phone gets laggy or goes nuts, thats the only time updating it really matters.
