I just dig that face that there isn't really a size limit that affects pictures at all. I just can't email mp3's and such.

You can't get them from astro and email them? Or you mean you can't download if you do?

Wipe it. If it fixes it let me know. Here is how you can wipe without a problem...

Make a nandroid backup.
Wipe.
Skip login stuff.
Send an mms to yourself.
Find out if it works then do a nandroid restore.
If I had my buddy's phone I'd try this.

I had this issue two weeks ago and went through every forum on the net looking for an answer. I posted numerous long winded angry posts on the sprint community boards about it and I tried every suggestion out there given by anyone who offered one up.

It finally came down to I had to wipe and start over.

Bad news is, that sucks to start all over.
Good news is, it worked.

I have still yet to figure out why the problem came up. Phone was fine one day and the next I had the issue. Only one thing comes to mind as possible cause was when I tried to install a 3rd party non market app, it stopped halfway through install and said not enough memory. Not sure if that led to the issue or not. I knew there was an issue with the phone if you reached an out of memory point but that was supposed to have been fixed on the last MR.

I was also told that Sprint was aware of this MMS issue and has instructed service centers NOT to replace the phone because it is an HTC issue and it would just happen again.

n01 thanked. I am going to pass that info along.

The hard reset was a LOT easier than I expected. After about 45 mins I have the phone pretty much the way I had it. Now, do I have to re apply that overclocking kernel from the boot menu? I redownloaded setcpu already.

Oh yea, getting mms pics fine now.

Good. No the kernel should be fine, I think. Guess it couldn't hurt. If setcpu works then the kernel stayed.

Glad it worked.
