Disapponted with my new hero.

I had a palm pre that i switched for the hero about a week ago. The pre was a great phone, it was fast, nice keyboard, great screen and multitouch was smooth as silk. YouTube videos played in HQ and very clear and smooth. I got the hero and though I like the Android os it is slow, YouTube app does not work and neither does the advertised flash. Videos in m.YouTube are choppy too. The apps are good but now palm is rolling out some great apps including games comparable to iphones or better. I think I will sell my hero and go back to palm.

Lol. Yeah, Im not sure the thinking of some folks. He didnt ask for help or any info on speeding up his hero. Just came in and said he didnt like it and was switching. Its like walking up into church and saying "I dont like god anymore, Im switching to the devil". Haha. Dont go into a place where people do like something and then talk bad about it. Next time put it in the forum for where you are going, ie The Pre forum.

i went back to the Palm after the hero and dont regret it a bit...

HTC screwed up on sticking with the CPU on the Hero knowing that SenseUI would take a toll on it.

I like most features on the Pre better than the Hero anyways but imma still be looking out for that Supersonic (a Hero on a HD2 body....drool)

thats a first and i know alot of people around 30 now that went from palm to hero... have you heard of rooting your phone and flashin a new rom on it?

my wife swore she would keep her pre forever. I bought her a hero for her birthday, that she admits likes better.
