Would it help to scale the CPU down to 245 MHz in SetCPU (c/ Gumbo kernel/Ram hack)? This would force the CPU to run slower and possibly allow the battery to charge if hooked up to USB.

I've got mine set up like this right now and by battery has stayed at 89% for the last half hour. It doesn't look like it is draining at all. Maybe it's just keeping even.

That would help. Depending on your data usage (downloading a torrent vs. looking at a single jpeg) you're probably dancing between a very light drain and a vbery light charging from minute to minute.
