Upgrading from ppc-6700 Apache (Sprint)

I'm looking for an all-everything phone. Or at least what I can get on sprint(why do they not have the latest phones?). My current phone has been in the "kitchen" and has everything I want on it, but I'm eligible for an upgrade and I need a better machine. My choices on sprint are TP2 or the Hero. Pricewise, the Hero is easier on my pocketbook, but I'd have to learn Andriod, especially when I'm ready to cook it. The TP2 is more expensive, but I know my way around WM-OS. Here are my needs:

1. Must run MSOffice Apps, Remote Desktop(Terminal),Adobe Reader, Google Apps(for GPS/Search),Facebook,Good music player(don't care which-accept voice commands a plus),Video player-see music player, file mngr, task mngr, flash ready, synch with exchange 2007 server, hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail, texting and picture mail, themed or customizable, and any good non-glitchy web browser.

2. Must be A2D2 compliant so I can listen to music thru my new bluetooth I'm getting. I workout regularly and would rather have my phone on my armband than my sansa mp3 player to take emergency calls while listening to Jay-Z or Disturbed.

3. I want to do as many tasks as possible thru voice commands.

4. Long as possible battery life, connect to wifi, be used as a shared internet connection for my laptop.

Thanks for the help!

Android does every single one of those things better than winmo, with the exception of voice commands. Voice control is greatly lacking at the moment.

Lol Jay-z and Disturbed. Quite a mix there. If you make the jump, Pandora will be your friend.

Re: Upgrading from ppc-6700 Apache (Sprint)

I can assume the kitchen has the Hero ROM and the latest andriod OS/updates with apps to pre-load like the other WM device ROM's? If so, point me to the "stickys". Do I just need to update my current kitchen to include the Hero ROM's so I can be ready when I pick it up in a couple weeks?

Thanks again.
