Rooting problem with new Sprint hero

OK guys sorry if this has been talked about before but im new and have searched over and over with no luck(using a just purchased hero). I have tryed the "unlocker one click root" the issue hear is that once I move the files to the sd card I can not just "install" once i click on falshrec it ask "complete action using es file explorer"... What is the problem here? I have done this stuff before (old tp user) am i just loosing it?

I would say try the pre kitchen to root, idk why your getting that problem

Not to be an ass, but messing with Android is totally different from anything you ever did. You, like the rest of us, are starting from square one.
