if anyone knows a master subsidy lock code for the sprint hero i really need it to program my phone because sprint is down for the day due to weather so anyone need some help asap

yeah, thats gonna be specific to your phone. You can use cdma workshop to get it (like i did) but its been a while and we're not allowed to post such things.

Just call and ask politely. Let the phone is not functioning and you want to do a provision/program of the phone from scratch. They will walk you through it and provide the code in doing so. Or you could just ask for it
