unable to view pic/MMS messages

Anyone else having issues viewing MMS messages? All of a sudden yesterday I was unable to view the picture. I click the download button inside the message and I keep getting a notification error saying it was unable to downloaded the media. I have the Sprint Hero

What app are you using?? With handcent, sometimes the slide show doesn't work so i open it in the stock messaging app.

Im using the stock messaging app, not using anything else for my text messages

I always make sure I have an Ev connection when i hit download button. If I dnt it usually won't load for me :/

Yea, wifi is probably the culprit. Make sure its off.

My handsent MMS almost never works. It's getting old...FAST.

i have the same problem with hancent and the slide show issue. anyone know if hancent is working on a fix?

i contacted sprint about this today and they said they would have a fix for it within 51 hours (this was at 10am this morning). mine started doing this last week wednesday. hope they get it fixed soon cuz this is very frustrating. hopefully they will give me a credit.

I had the same issue. Did a hard reset and I'm good to go. I am curious as to what Sprint's fix for the problem is.

hard reset and handcent had me up n going but today it started messing up, i cant win
