Call me crazy, but I've been experiencing significantly better battery life on Stock ROM than Custom. Comments?

Re: Stock Rom Battery Life Better Than Custom!

Or perhaps the increased battery life is due to a PRL update I did around the same time I reverted back to Stock Rom?

that very well could be it....
i wouldnt know a thing about stock battery, i did all my research while the phone was in the mail on the way here.... as soon as i got it unboxed and battery in... i plugged it in to start the root process and flashed fresh 1.1..... im on TTG now though. i have no problem with battery, i have a car charger and almost everyone has a usb cord i can just plug into thier computer if im too low. i also overclock.

Re: Stock Rom Battery Life Better Than Custom!

PRL has nothing to do with battery life. It is simply to tell the phone the order of roaming partners to try in order to choose the cheapest one for Sprint.

Re: Stock Rom Battery Life Better Than Custom!

All I know is my battery life use to be brutal because my phone had such a weak signal at work and would constantly switch back and forth between Sprint and roaming networks, but it seems to be much better now. Would that not have anything to do with a PRL update?
