Keyboard?

Im in the debate between the 2 droids. And the keyboard is the factor for me. I went from a treo to the htc touch thinking i can get by and no i hated every text and google search i had to do without the keyboard. So i went to the touch pro and love the keyboard. So ? is how finger friendly is the keyboard? I played with my buddies moment today and his software kb wasnt to bad for typeing. He said the heros kb is better. Of course one other factor that i would walk away from the moment in a heart beat is roms and from what iv read so far it dosent exist yet, but the hero does.

I'm coming from a diamond and i know the touchflo on the diamond and touch pro both require you type with like your nail or pen or sonthing.. the hero is similar to the iphone in that you use the skjn part of your finger.. it took getting use to from diamobd but I love it and the moment doesn't really exist yet.. lol I go with hero and if you dont like it return n get moment dude.
P.S. keyboards aren't my thing only the on screen ones.. hope I hrlped

Re: Keyboard?

If you won't be able to enjoy an on screen KB then you should get the moment. Although I don't condone buying the moment and the Hero is better in every way. I came from a Treo Pro after a Touch Pro and I don't miss my KB, but if you're going to then don't even consider going soft KB.
