Wow, I just checked my tracking number and UPS indicates I will receive them TODAY! WOO HOO!

To update my order
I have to send the two phones they sent me back and they are sending out two more of the exact same phones today. They will have to adjust my order because they took it as a new order and not an upgrade to my existing account. Good thing is that they are giving me a discount on my plan too... So the phones that I should receive today will be sent back while a set of new phones are on there way to me

Seems I'm the only one that has had this problem so I'm going to say it was the way I ordered the phone... funny thing is I had to put my phone number in to make sure I could get the upgrade price... oh well as long as it all is correct in the end...

so how long did the whole process take? i am a new customer, and my status right now on my ticket is "open". i submitted my info on monday, but that was a holiday. just wanting to try to get a potential timeline nailed down. thanks!

Mine took a week before I called, then it was a day after I called in

less than a week... no call. Several people have posted their timeline...read back a few pages.

Hmmm interesting mines says im still eligible.. now the question is.. buy another hero and sell on ebay an risk a 2 year extension or no.. lol

they tried to do this to me also... I called and spoke to account services and they fixed it instantly.
