ok, so switching to accenture wont mess with my business account right? called the 866 number and they said they couldnt take care of my request cause its a business account. they told me to call another number, the business premier 800 number. my mistake, i called them and they said uh we've never heard of such bird. so now im confused yet again lol.

what do you mean by business account? it will tel sprint you belong to accenture group now and you will get the discount accenture gets now and no longer your companys (if you get one for being with them) and thats about all (from what i know).. i dont see why it should do anything else
i have a question for some people.. anyone who has GOTTEN their phone and activated it, does sprint or the accenture website say you are still eligible for an upgrade? |

i believe you will sill be sprint premier because of how long youve been with sprint. as for being a sprint premier BUSINESS customer i dont know sorry, idk the difference of that though lol

oh ok thanks. well does anyone know what i can do here or am i out of luck? just called again to try a different person and they 2 said they cant deal with me because im a business account. they refered me to the same 800 number. ugh. his excuse was i cant accidentally mess anything up for you and have to send you over to them.
