UPS said they delivered to my front door 1/14 5:27pm
never got it... filed a claim and waiting on UPS....

well I got my first batch of phones in,
1 - HTC Hero
1- Samsung Moment

I have to return these because they messed up my order and added two lines to my existing account instead of upgrading my phones! I should be getting my second batch tomorrow
1 - HTC Hero
1 - Samsung Moment

Why couldn't they just let me use the first batch!? Anyone?

i got my tracking # today for my $29.99 Hero
btw i never had to call anyone
just ordered via upgrade and waited (took 5 days)

placed my order for hero and moment on the website. today it shows waiting for customer response. I left d note on the order form to send email to my personal email. obviously they didn't get the memo? should I call them and check to see what email address they used?

Got mine today!!!!
Ordered mine on the night of 1/19
checked it the next day and it went from open to pending
checked it on the 21st and it said manage more, checked it this morning and it had closed with the ups tracking number and just got the phone today at 1pm texas time.
