Gphone Manager

Ok I may have discovered that I have brain damage here or maybe I'm blind. After a few hours of searching and reading up on apps and a few more hours of downloading (yep, total dork here) I was rearranging the home screens and I noticed something I hadn't before.

If I press the add to home button (+), then hit shortcut I see App Manager at the top of the list. It loads an application that in the taskbar calls itself Gphone manager. Has that always been there? lol I see no shortcut for it in my apps menu, nor any listing of it in market place downloads or in quick uninstall, yet when I googled the hell out of this I kept seeing references to it being an app you could download but I didn't see it in the market. And pictures of the app I found on google didn't look like this one.

Is this a native app?

Nothing like that comes up when I try to add a shortcut to my home screen, so my guess is that it's a function of some app you've installed.

Re: Gphone Manager

Ok apparently my sanity is secure. I found the link you referenced but the app on my phone, despite sharing the same name, looked nothing like that app. It installed as part of Quick Uninstaller. The thing that had me confused was that there was no shortcut to launch it save the one in the add to homescreen menu and there was no listing of it anywhere to be uninstalled. It seemed as though I had an app I didn't download and couldn't remove and I didn't care for that at all. But after I uninstalled Quick Uninstaller it went away. Thanks for the input guys!
