Better Keyboard.

I have been using betterkeyboard ver 4.0.xxx and it has been crawling...
HTC's one wasn't that fantastic either... any suggestions?

It used to be faster then it will slow down, reset won't help much...
Well, I just updated to fresh 1.0 so I guess we'll see how that goes...

mean while, any inputs will be appreciated.

Siptang.

Touchpal is pretty rad. I am, though, quite fond of HTC's handywork on the stock keyboard.

Re: Better Keyboard.

I notice that all keyboards on the hero lag when posting in the forums. I have tried them all and it doesn't seem to change. I don't get any lag anywhere else

Cool Re: Better Keyboard.

IMO, all keyboards would have lag because it takes time to register where we meant to tap, and time to perform that command. HTC probably trying get this to the lowest but stable time. Because a hyperactive keyboard that was thinking at the same time we were tapping on the screen would jam up or seem possessed. Just an idea to throw out there

Re: Better Keyboard.

I just turn off spell checking and word suggestion with the stock HTC keyboard. It's nice and fast, now!
