You need to back up all your stuff from the sd card then partition. Reboot phone and it will put all apps on sd, no need for you to redownload them, and put all your stuff back on it.
That's one thing that I miss from the WM phones. You can't choose where you would like apps to be installed.

I'm trying to run iGO but i'm out of memory on my phone.. I can't install it..
