I agree with some of what you said, but before I continue, lets clear this up. You and I aren't having a misunderstanding or disagreement, my disagreement as a paying customer is with Sprint.

As far as the Hero being on the back burner, that's just my opinion, you know as well as I do Sprint will move to the next best thing and will drop any upgrades or improvements of the Hero like they do all other phones. When the Touch Pro 2 was released, there was no mention of it, Why? because the Hero was the next big thing, the next Phone will be released and it will be the next big thing and the Hero will ahve no more mention. have you seen any commercials with the Hero mentioned lately from Sprint, no, because that marketing is done, they already have the Hero out i the market and they know the next big phone, most of us "Love the new gadget" guys will jump to that and its possible the Hero will still be on 1.5. Its what they do. The next hot phone they decide to introduce will have the same issues, late upgrades and behind on its current OS. All I'm saying is if we continue to buy the next HOT sprint phone and not make our voices heard, we'll continue to get the same results.

Again, this is not directed at anyone on the forum this is directed at Sprint, we all seem to want the same thing for sprint.

No, I have nothing whatsoever to do with Sprint in any capacity other than being a current customer.

Just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean I'm in league with anyone.

It's funny. I often get accused of being a bleeding-heart liberal on the internet. Then the next day I get accused of being a crazy conservative. I get attacked by pro-choice people and pro-life people, pro-gun people and anti-gun people.

I have strong opinions, but my opinions generally don't sit well with those of most people because I tend to see and understand all sides of any given issue. So, no, I'm not working for everyone in the world. I'm just me.

There's a lot to be said against Sprint, but you guys are already saying all that stuff. No one is arguing the Sprint side, and there are many valid arguments to be made in their defense. I'm making those arguments because no one else is. I'm trying to be the voice of balance and reason. I want all sides of an argument to be presented.

OK, I can appreciate what you're saying but from my point you weren't being attacked I was just lookinng at it from the customer side and you're looking from Sprint side so no love lost there, and I appreciate you explaining your point.
But this is what I'll say about arguing the Sprint point: we're paying customers, and as a long time Sprint customer, it just seems that most of the time when they release a new device, they're last to upgrade and once they decide to upgrade there's already a new device coming and Gadget lovers like me and yourself end up moving to the next thing when we never got the full use of the previous device because Sprint wait so long to get the upgrades out.

But hey we both have good points and having different opinions and points of view is always a good way to learn, so its always good to have disagreements, its good for everyone.
