Backing up Playlist on the Hero

Ok I have a Sprint NTC Hero and I have made some great playlists, problem is I cannot back up my playlist to my SD Card, so if I do a hard reset all playlists are gone forever.. Does anyone know where these files are kept or how to back up them up. I have already tried "MyBackup Pro" but it said "Music playlist backup failed" everytime. If anyone can help I'd truly appreciated...

+1 this is crap! I will make one and look around when I can.

In the mean time, get a copy of droid explorer (google it) and see if you can find your playlists in the phone. If you can copy them and remember where they are and you can put them back in if you have to hard reset.

Just to follow up. I don't know how to save them from the phone, but you can make them on your PC then move them to the SD card, where they won't be deleted. Plus you can keep a copy on the PC. Here is a link with some information about it all.

Re: Backing up Playlist on the Hero

Man tried them both and no luck this really sucks...I really want to do a hard reset, but I will lose my playlist, HTC hides the "ish" out of them, can't locate them anywhere. I could start over and make the playlist form my PC but the convenience of adding songs to my playlist on my phone is great.
