Using the stock MMS app, click and hold on the message you want to forward, a menu will pop up. Forward is one of the options.

go to search and type in "korean hangul" and you'll get 3 apps. pick the one by Social & Mobile, Inc.

after installing go to menu>locale & text and check "한글 접촉식 키보드".
and you press and hold the text box and select input method to the korean one.
