If you have been with sprint for a few years you are considered a valued customer and you can complain and ask to get transferred to retentions. Complain about the price and how it is much greater than what your currently paying, but be very nice to them in the process. They deal with a lot of bs all day. If your lucky, me and others have recieved 20 dollar discounts for the life of our sprint term. Also if you are an employee for Ford Motor Company be sure to let them know and they will give you an additional 20% off
