Copy and the paste the cab file onto your device. The navigate to where you pasted it and click on it. It will then install on the device.

I've been dealing with the browser for a lil' while now. I don't no why, but don't like it too much. My experience with it has been choppy and the entire pages moves, as opposed to just the frame. Can someone explain what that happens?

Re: Install the Picsel Browser CAB on my HTC Hermes from Ntbk.
I use it off and on, you have to hit the menu button and then hit the top icon and it will go into a frame mode.
