Does anyone know what the urgrade version is going to be for the 8525.

The current "official" update available from AT&T is AKU 3.5

WM6 should be available officially later this year, but not yet. The 3.5 update just came out a few weeks ago I think, and enables the PTT button if you care to use it

i'm sorry "what i ment was upgrade of a phone, what is going to be the next phone from the 8525" I already have wm6 and aku 3.5

well, the good thing about being on a GSM carrier is that the upgrade can be anything you want.

what do you think is the best pda phone on the gsm network is. I love my pda it is just i work for cingular and i want a hot phone that nobody here has, but only want to switch to it if it is better then my 8525.....

Like I said, the HTC Kaiser looks pretty suite, but I do not think there is anything better than the Hermes out right now. I have played with the HTC Trinity and it it very small and sleek. However it does not have a keyboard.

Looks likeit's going to be the "HTC Kaiser"

3MP camera, 128 RAM (yep, 128!), wm6, etc etc. You can check engadget or boygenius for more info, I don't know how he got his hands on one already but the thing looks great!
