HTC didn't know the answer, AT&T didn't know the answer...
had to answer it for myself...

when you connect to the internet through a wifi signal sometimes you have to refresh the page a couple of times and then it should work.

Re: Wi-Fi problem 8525
Is AT&T going to charge me to use wifi? I was told that they might and when I called to ask, the person that I talked to did not sound very confident.

Absolutely not, they can't possibly charge you for a service they don't provide.
