Sense and TF3/2D Tabs Download and Adder?

I'm looking for the tabs thread with the individual tabs you can manually download and add? There was a sense tool that allowed you to add, edit, remove and rearrange the order of your tabs.


If anybody remembers this can you link. I'd like to add the Facebook tab and rss tab, maybe the e-reader tab and a few others... I just can't find it, thanks.
