it sounds like hardware to me, but there's a slight chance from all the flashing something has lingered over. Through everything you did, you ran data over data without ever doing an actual full wipe. Could also be radio. As a last ditch effort I would try this:


1) turn on the HD2 into bootloader mode (HSPL, not MAGLDR)

2) flash WM6.5 Stock (not 3.14)

3) flash task29

4) Flash HSPL3

5) Flash radio 2.15.50

6) Flash MAGLDR 1.12

7) Flash WP7 ROM


this may fix the whole thing. Or if you're not already on 2.15.50 and don't wanna go thru all that headache, just flash that radio from HSPL and restart the phone. If after all of this it still does it, then I'd flash stock 6.5 and return it on warranty/insurance.
