Custom icons hd2

i was wondering if there is a way to create custom icons for the hd2 along with getting custom slider icons for the home screen?? i tried the slider editor for the TP2 but it doesnt work... is there anyone who can help out?

I don't know how to make them but I know there are a bunch of different icon packs and sliders at xda. In the hd2 general forum i believe.
