I m looking TV OUT interface ready to use or any electronics regarding how to build an Interface

hd2 does not support tv out

The HD2 does not have the hardware to be able to have TV out so you can give up on the dream now.

Of course, you could always setup your phone to synchronize folders with a mediacenter (or any other windows comuter) and then any pictures, videos, etc could automatically be synchronized to the cloud or to a specific device for you to play. I use live mesh for this service and it works great.

No need to hook up the cable at all. . .
