Big Location/GPS problem

Something has gone very wrong with my GPS/location. "My Location gets updated, weather updated as well but it always shows as Denver, I live on the other side of the country.

At first I thought it was ROM related. This is still happening with over 4 different roms, Energies, Miris, including the official T-Mobile versions too. I have tried all the various methods found in the searches but it still does not change, just Denver. What can it possibly be? I have run out of possible solutions to try. Please help?

And as a last resort, I may have to keep it at official stock and bring it in to T-Mobile to have them look at it. I used hspl3 to unlock it, do I need something to re-lock it?

easiest way to relock is to put the stock ROM on your storage card as LEOIMG.nbh and then put your phone into bootloader (hold down volume down while resetting).
This will put the stock ROM back on your phone and relock it.
One note though, the 16gb card that came with your phone, won't flash ROMs so you'll have to use a different one. I've been able to use 1,2,4,and 8gb class 2 to flash with, I think you need a faster card for the 16gb for some reason.
