not to mention, 1 of the hd2's was DOA, wouldn't read a sim card, any sim card. Wirefly is sending another, but their CS kinda sux. English is not their primary language.
On another note, I am getting 3-4mbps at home for internet. It's blazing!!!
Having some internet trouble at work right now, look at my phone and the taskbar says 3g+!!!! Maybe they are turning it on in San Antonio right now!!!
Talked to a CS guy at a t-mobile store this morning while trying to get my wife's HD2 working about the 3g+ rollout. I asked him why no one at the tech support center seemed to know anything about it. What he told me was that it was a "soft" rollout and they weren't supposed to talk about it. I asked him unofficially if San Antonio was going live by the end of the year and he said it would be much sooner than that.
One more note, my first experience with t-mobile CS has been outstanding. They were very apologetic even though technically it wasn't their fault and even gave my wife a loaner phone to use till we get the new HD2 in the mail.
