On Android download POCKETCLOUD, it has RDP. I use my Win7 Enterprise all the time via RDP from HD2 Android...
 I have the .apk for PocketCloud, PM me if you need it.

This is not the operating system running on the android, it's just a VNC connection using UltraVNC on a Windows 7 machine using the android and PocketCloud app, you can download it from the market.
