So after using the skin for a few days I'm going to stick with it for a while over the one that came with the phone. It looks good in white and is about 25% transparent so you can just barely see the HD2 through the skin which actually looks really cool. It's not advertised as a "WHITE" skin its advertised as clear but it's pretty white and the HD2 looks sort of like it's floating inside the case.
I give the case an 8.0 overall (the reason it's not a 10 is because you can tell it was mass produced...in other words some extra rubber pieces are on some corners from where they cut the batch of them up into individual ones. Nothing big but just not as PERFECT as the HD2 OEM skin)

Glad it's working for you, seeing how tuff it is to find proper skins & cases for the T-Mobile version.
