Seriously NEED Help or back it has to go; HD2 email not synching all folders

I purchased the HD2 primarily for work, but for some screwed up reason, the Outlook email app isn't synching subfolders in Outlook from our corporate Exchange 2010 server. I am only getting emails that are in my primary Inbox, but the challenge is that I have about 2 dozen rules for moving emails into folders as I get about 200-300 a day and need to organize them.

Can anyone help me fix this or tweak Sense to get it to work properly?

Go to the Email tab.
Click on the left soft key that says Inbox.
Now click on Menu, a menu will pop up.
Scroll down on the menu and click on Tools, then Manage Folders.
Check off all the folders you want to have synced.
Enjoy your synced folders and keep your HD2.
Hit the thanks button on this post.

Correct... ActiveSync by default will only sync your Inbox. Most of us wouldn't want it to sync all subfolders. I have system messages from my office flooding my account all the time, if it was all sent to my phone bad things would happen.

Got this dialed in now. Had to switch from Sense, configure the folders, then switch it back on and everythings fine. FRICKIN LOVE THE HD2!!!!
