Audio/video out of sync when watching vids

I notice this too on MP4 files playing though the sense player or WMP

baseline 3.1 avc will play fine on countless devices but I can tell there's like a 75-125ms delay

yes i know that is very tiny and most people can't even tell but I can tell and it drives me insane
