My first stupid question...cut the flash brightness down a bit?

The flash is BLINDING lol. When you take a closeup of somebody in a dark room and need the flash it like offends them because the flash is so bright lol. Is there a way to use only ONE of the flash bulbs or cut down the voltage going into the flash so it's not as bright. Not a huge deal, but I am totally ignorant when it comes to the flash, I've been using a Diamond for the past 4 years with no flash, don't know how easy that would be or if it's even possible. Thanks for the help guys.

you should be able to in camera settings; the flashlight app has 3 settings and the brightest is blinding!

Re: My first stupid question...cut the flash brightness down a bit?

yeah I saw it in the flashlight app but didn't see it in the camera settings. As far as I can tell the camera flash is set to the brightest setting that the flashlight app has which is like going flash tanning lol. There's no way to change the camera flash brightness in the camera settings so I'll be sure to post anything if I find it.

PS - I'm still running the stock T-Mobile rom

Put a little schmutz over the flash hole!
