Thank you for directing me to that post. It partially helped me. I had to join a site to download the taskbar and all the icons did not show up. I don't understand why it is so hard to find a taskbar that includes both the time and battery. I see them in numerous screen caps, but when I download them its either one or the other.


Would you happen to know of one that has the time and the battery with the ability to have the "X" for closing applications? That is all I am looking for. Thanks.

If you are referring to the time that is in the taskbar on a 6.5.x rom there isn't anything that can be changed. For regular 6.5 roms that clock/batt option isn't skinned because of the space available.

Many people installing the outstanding Cookie Home Tab don't like the default style of the battery icons and signal bars installed by CHT. Of course the graphics installed by CHT have to be with a default style, like the original taskbar icons.

This is a rework of the file 6467A103_manila installed by CHT with battery and signal bar modded to fit with my taskbar:

I made two versions of the cab and the only difference is the locker icon in the home page. This mod changes also the page indicator of CHT.

With the release of the wonderful Cookie Home Tab 1.7, and the ability to add analog clocks, I have decided to start this thread to add my modified analog clocks to work with this wonderful Manila MOD,

ADDED 8 SETS OF COLOURED CLOCK HANDS (black-white-yellow-red-blue-light blue-green-light green) as separate CABs, a cab for the SECONDs hand + a CAB for the HH-MM hands


These are the first 10 Clocks, more will come later

How To ?
---------
1-Download COOKIE HOME TAB 1.7
2-Download the attachement, choose your clock and install it.
3-There are two sets of clock hands, Dark and Light Coloured, choose the set that you like.
4-If you want to revert back to the original clock, download it ( attached ).

Does anyone know why my speaker icon gets borked no matter what taskbar I install? It's a black square normally and when I put my phone on silent it turns to a staticky square(like the 'snow' on a TV screen).

Max, great post that has invaluable tweaks! I used a few of these and they helped a lot. But I now suddenly started to have a weird problem. I used the cabs to add color to the phone skin and call history as well as the one to lessen the screen sensitivity (for the keyboard), and now when I make a phone call none of the buttons on the dialer screen respond to touch anymore. I am not even able to end the call unless I use the actual physical hard button (red phone) to end the call. Would anyone have an idea on how to fix this, or which cab to uninstall?

At last I can return some help to others :) I tried the gfreeks B_brian 6.5 task bar listed on here, and it worked perfectly!
