I work for T-mobile and on launch day I got an email saying I am not allowed to buy it from any corporate run store or warehouse due to limited stock....Didn't say anything about having someone with a personal account buy it for me though
 ...retail price that way but the discount I get on phones wasn't worth the wait!

just call tmo and get it from them. gonna take two days to get mine. All stores here were sold out too.

Last week letstalk.com had it for 99.99 AND they were taking trade-ins. They were offering over $70.00 for a Touch Pro. I don't know if the trade-in offer is still going on.
