HD2 buy one get one free...

May want to check the store when you go in. I just got off the phone with the store that sold me mine on Saturday and the HD2 is definitely buy one get one free if you activate 2 lines. You must purchase the second one initially but you get a mail in rebate for the cost of it.

I just did this and they did not charge me for the second phone. I only paid for one phone and out the door with two. . .

The HD2 does not have a mail-in rebate. The 2nd phone should be zeroed out at point of sale. The offer is also available if you upgrade one line and add an additional.

Does this work in the store and over the phone? I may switch from my Verizon TP2. Also, how long should I expect to wait to get the phone? I hear 2 weeks.

Radioshack has them in stock and though we don't do the buy one get one deal if you trade in your VZW TP2 you will get one HD2 for free and the other for $150. So it's the same deal if you trade in your TP2 (you'll get $150 in store credit for a tp2 trade in, good condition w/charger, & RS sells the HD2 for $150)
