Sprintgirl i know you work for sprint and you probably treat your customers with much more respect than most reps, but isnt your oppinion a little bias? Not everyone will be sad they left sprint. I left verizon and am as happy as can be with tmobile now. They always are happy on the phone, extremly helpful, they ask about how good the rep did helping. Sprint CS needs to take some lessons along with a few verizon techs
