Need a HTC HD2

We are in the US and are looking for a HD2 to do some program tests on and want an HD2 because of the screen size. I am looking for one that doesn't need to be unlocked. We will be using the phone as a pda with wifi so phone capabilities are not important. We don't want to pay 500-600 dollars for an unlocked phone. A used or reconditioned one will work. Please respond if you are selling to upgrade or getting an unlocked on.
