phone dictionary setting

can some kind person please help me to get the phone to show posible words ar you type ,especially those words that you use frequently , sorry cant remember what this is called(LOL!) hence my need for help TIA and god blees sam

On the text message compose screen, click Menu - Insert - My Text or something like that.
