Making calls using WIFI?
Want to use wifi to make phone calls through either my phone or computer. How do I go about doing that? Don't want to use minutes. I'm willing to pay ... if need be.

Have you looked into Skype? Skype to Skype calls are free. Unfortunately, Skype to land/cell lines are per minute, I believe.

Use Google voice with free grove ip app on your phone. completely free calls over WiFi.
