Question How do you remove the HTC Loggers app from an EVO4G

I am a newbie to this site and have relatively "new to tech" skills I understand most of what is being discussed and with a little help can do my own modifications. I would like to remove the HTC Loggers app as its malicious to my understanding. If someone could please help me I.E. directions on how to do this? I may upgrade my phone as its about time any suggestions on a cheap media monster of a phone would also be appreciated?

Re: How do you remove the HTC Loggers app from an EVO4G

I would imagine you have to have root access to remove this, IMO your best bet would be to root and flash a custom ROM. If you are new to modding then I would suggest reading everything very carefully before proceeding. There's lots of potential to brick your phone making it a nice paperweight.
