The question is what did you do before the problems that might be the cause of your issues? If it was me I would pull the sd card and pull anything off of it and then reformat it and then throw a rom and a recovery on it and then stick it back in the phone and see if you can flash them to get things back up and running, I seriously doubt that you did any permanent damage.
